  • Dizziness – it can be reduce by rising slowly over a few minutes when sitting or lying down.

Use with care if you have risks for osteoporosis such as alcohol use, cigarette smoking, family member with osteoporosis, taking drugs to treat seizures, taking steroids. If you have liver disease, talk with your doctor.
